When my trusted friend and co-worker Sandy Kreager shared with me me her work with Reconnective Healing, I couldn’t wait to experience it first hand for myself. As a school educator, I have a degree in teaching with 2 minors; one in science and one in psychology because I have always known there is a very real connection between the physical and emotional worlds. Scientifically proven, everything is made up of energy and that energy impacts our emotions and behaviors.
During my sessions, I didn’t know what to expect. Sandy reassured me that whatever my experience, it was exactly what was meant to be. I believe my experience was very spiritual in nature while leaving me with a sense of comfort. My latest session with Sandy resulted in tears streaming down by face not in sadness but a state of pure faith and acknowledgement in the reality that energy was working in ways to improve my wellness.
My Personal Reconnection sessions with Sandy left me feeling emotionally balanced. I immediately noticed that I was generally more joyful, laughing and finding a deeper sense of enjoyment with even small events. As weeks passed after my sessions, I have found more clarity in my goals and dreams for my future. It is like a window I have been looking through for years finally opened. I have developed a clear sense of urgency in obtaining goals and dreams that have been idol in my mind for quite some time.

Anxiety, trouble sleeping and an unclear vision of my future was taking a toll on me in many areas of my life. I was questioning major decisions, allowing negative thoughts to steer me away from a positive life and felt a loss of myself and what I deserved. Luckily, a very trusted person in my life, Sandy Kreager, introduced me to another version of therapy.
I have had both Reconnective Healing and The Reconnection. As a Christian I felt confident that the Lord brought this opportunity into my life and felt his presence throughout the process. Reconnective Healing gave my body a sense of balance at a time where it felt like I was running a marathon. My mind was on a hamster wheel and I finally felt relaxed as I faced decisions that I had been battling for years with a clear and confident mind.
The Personal Reconnection was the next step in my therapy that brought an enhanced level of awareness that in no doubt is still unfolding for me on a daily basis. I am continuously noticing myself in situations that I typically might sit back and let pass by as opportunities for myself and my family. I have yearned for this new found confidence and thank God that I finally feel that I can stand strong in my truth and validate my decisions with a sincere heart. I am no longer a slave to what others may feel is best for me and instead am seeing a clear vision of my life and making those steps with my head held high.
