EFT-Tapping

   Emotional Freedom Technique-also known as “Tapping” uses the mind-body connection to release beliefs that interfere with our physical and mental health.  EFT is used on a variety of issues like anxiety, stress, negative emotions, weight loss, trauma, relationship problems, physical pain, phobias, and sleep issues, clearing blocks to success and so much more.  

   

   Tapping is a set of techniques that uses the body’s energy meridian points. This healing practice is being used all around the world.  We are more powerful then we think or imagine. Our bodies are filled with energy and an amazing ability to self-heal. Tapping helps tune into that power!
